[Semi-Open] Sometimes the Truth sucks
Who: Yu and anyone around the vicinity of Cabin 11 (Basically open to anyone wandering around)
When: Backdated to his arrival (Friday evening)
Where: Around Cabin 11
What: New guy getting the feel of the place. Also, a claiming.
Warnings: No swag involved. Everyone is safe.
He had to let it sink in for a minute. For someone who had been looking for the truth during the past year, he just got smacked with the biggest lie of his life. He was half god and born from this strange world...only to be sent to another where he lived quite the normal life until his arrival in Inaba. When he stepped off of that train, that's when he started to live and learn everything that he knew now. But now, he isn't so sure.
A part of him wanted to say how much of a lie this all is: he was just a simple human who managed to beat a death goddess by proving her logic faulty. Not a demigod of some unknown Greek deity. But he knew deep down that this was too big to be a farce, he just had to get used to the idea.
They told him that he was 'unclaimed' and all campers had to go to a certain cabin until their parent did so; except for those who weren't from Olympus and therefore had to stay there. It couldn't be that bad...could it? He found himself asking that as he saw the outside of Cabin 11. To put it simply: it looked like Hell. Of course, that wasn't Yu's thought as he actually did something...peculiar: walk around the outside of the cabin. It looked worn down and probably took a couple of beatings but overall, it wasn't bad.
"...it just needs a little care, that's all." he spoke to himself as he put a hand on the wall. Things could be a lot worse and if so, it looks like it can be fixed just fine. He can accept that without any qualms; after all, he accepted his true self as well as those of his friends. But unknown to him, something started to form. As he continued to look at his new home, he was unaware of the fact that his parent did take notice.
And if anyone was around, they too will see the sudden symbol of the messenger of the gods reveal itself. Someone...might need to tell him too.

"But, it's your problem, not mine." Sadly Maya's ability to care was limited, she'd be more sympathetic if she wasn't living elsewhere. And there weren't as many of them to share in chores at Cabin 7. "First day?

She gave him a little smile, leaning against the corner. "It could stand with a new coat of paint, but we'd have to find somewhere to live while we painted it."
She extended a long, slender hand to him. "I'm Ssilissa. I suppose you must be new - which is why you may want to look up."

The boxer was running his usual path along the cabins, when he suddenly noticed someone walking around Cabin 11. He knew that was the cabin unclaimed people were assigned to, and he didn’t recognize the other teen. The guy also looked lost, reminding Akihiko of his first day at camp.
“Yo,” he greeted casually while approaching him, “You need any help?”

He considers just watching this kid, but it might be the first time anyone's took interest in the cabin itself. And then there is definitely a claiming going on. The gods might be getting quicker at this. Or it might just be that this kid is something special, or that Hermes is on a roll now, kind of like how so many kids had gotten claimed at Capture the Flag.
"It's not as bad as it looks." That's kind of comforting, right? Well, the ceiling didn't leak (even if it did, it doesn't rain at CHB, does it?), and it didn't get too cold or too hot (even if it's only early June so they don't have a chance of freezing yet, and it's unlikely they'll roast until July) and the beds haven't fallen apart yet, either.

Not the person she expected to see when she stepped out of Cabin 11, that was for sure. Yukiko was standing in the doorway, eyes wide and lips parted in surprise. The thought that any of her friends might show up here someday had certainly crossed her mind. She had hoped for it, sure... but not counted on it. She would face whatever challenge this place had to off with or without them, she had told herself.
Still... seeing his face brought a wave of relief and happiness. If their leader was here, surely she would be more than okay now.

Mitsuru just so happened to be walking by Yu, and the words that were supposed to presumably be heard only by him have caught her attention. Even if she didn't fully comprehend the statement.
